Technical Product Owner - Kubernetes Platform

You are responsible for the Kubernetes platform and the services offered on it throughout the entire lifecycle. Together with the team and Product Management, you define the vision and roadmap, prioritize the product backlog, and drive implementation. In doing so, you use clear processes and agile methods. This allows you to continuously develop the platform using DevOps practices and ensure stability, security, and efficiency.

Job Highlights

• Responsibility for the platform throughout the entire lifecycle from vision to operation and optimization
• Combination of product ownership and active participation in implementation
• Close coordination with internal stakeholders, the platform's customers, and other product owners
• Use of modern methods and automation in the CNCF environment, e.g., ArgoCD, Prometheus, Cilium
• Impact through creative freedom and collaboration in a committed team

Your Skills - Technical

• Degree (Uni/FH/HF) in computer science or business administration or an equivalent qualification
• Experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or in a comparable role in a technical environment
• Practical experience in the operation and further development of container-based platforms, ideally with Kubernetes
• Ability to specifically bundle technical and functional topics and implement them in a prioritized manner

Your Skills - Personal and Languages

• Communicative, team-oriented, and reliable, enjoying exchange and collaboration
• Structured, independent way of working and initiative
• You perform on-call duty and reside in Switzerland
• Very good German and English; other national languages are an advantage
