For my client, a financial service provider in the fields of investment, retirement, mortgages, taxes, and insurance, we are looking for a personality with seniority and experience in mandate payroll. You will support the expansion of the department through your focus on operational business. You will maintain and advise national and international clients and represent a well-known employer in the Zurich market as;

Your tasks

• Operational collaboration via clients in the area of payroll and fiduciary (incl. expats and shadow accounting, shares / stock options)
• If suitable, deputy to the Head of Payroll
• Ensuring that all legally prescribed reports, registrations and deregistrations as well as change notifications to AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, NBU, KTG and other providers are made in a timely and correct manner
• Proactive monitoring and implementation of all legal innovations in social security, withholding tax, etc.
• Advising clients on questions regarding withholding tax, permits, maternity compensation, family allowances, etc. in DE & EN
• Expansion of services, processes and structures (creation and monitoring)
• Close cooperation with the factoring / billing team

Your profile

• Experience in mandate payroll, experience in international compensation (expats and shadow accounting, shares / stock options).
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of payroll, taxes, social security and labor law,
• Abacus knowledge is an advantage, IT and system affine, good knowledge of Excel
• The will and understanding to expand processes and services and the ability to communicate project steps and budget to management
• Personal responsibility, independent working and a strong self-organization ability
• Native German, English level C1
