Project Management & Customer Responsibility

• Overall responsibility for customer projects from order receipt to project completion
• Central contact person for the customer at the project and management level
• Ensuring contractual implementation (scope, deadlines, costs, quality)
• Active stakeholder management in international project environments

Planning, Control and Reporting

• Creation and maintenance of project plans, milestones, and budgets
• Control of deadlines, resources, and costs including forecasts
• Identification, assessment, and control of project risks and opportunities
• Regular project reporting to the customer and internal management

Coordination of internal and external partners

• Leadership of the interdisciplinary project team
• Coordination of internal and external suppliers and partners worldwide

Change, Claim and Escalation Management

• Active claim and supplementary contract management
• Professional handling of deviations, escalations, and conflicts
• Technical education (FH/ETH) with business administration further training, preferably with project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI)
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least:

5 years as a project manager of larger international projects and
3 years of service or construction site experience

• Sound knowledge in contract, cost, and risk management
• Organizational talent with high customer orientation
• Intercultural competence and confident appearance at the management level
• Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 30%)
• Business fluent in German and English
