Operations Excellence actively helps shape the future of banking. We identify, develop, and test innovative solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence and automation to make processes more efficient, customer-oriented, and sustainable.

As a trainee, you support the construction and further development of AI and automation solutions and work at the interface of business and technology on strategically relevant future topics.

What you can achieve

• You analyze business processes and identify potentials for the use of Artificial Intelligence and automation
• You design and test innovative GenAI, Copilot, and Agentic AI applications together with specialist and technology teams
• You participate in Proof of Concepts, pilot projects and (MVP) Minimum Viable Products and accompany their further development
• You research new technologies and use cases and derive decision-making bases for specialist departments and management from them
• You participate in the further development of AI adoption initiatives and support the introduction of new solutions in the organization

What you bring with you

• You are close to completing your Master's degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, Data Science, Digital Business Management, or Business Administration with a focus on digitalization or technology, or you have already completed it, which is no more than two years ago at the start of the program.
• Initial experience in process analysis, requirements engineering, or digitalization projects is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, automation, data analysis, and new technologies
• Analytical and structured thinking as well as enjoyment in solving complex issues
• Open personality with a high willingness to learn, initiative, and strong teamwork skills
• Very good German skills; other languages are an advantage
