Fiduciary: Taxes & Financial Statements 60-100%, remote

You audit instead of booking. At MILA, automation does the preparatory work for annual financial statements and taxes. You are responsible for the result, advise clients at eye level, and work remotely, 60 to 100%.

MILA is the external finance & operations partner for Swiss SMEs: digital and direct. We are a team of 7 people (current status) and growing. Our clients do their business, we do the rest. You will soon be responsible for the tax and financial statements part.

Your role

• You are responsible for annual financial statements and tax returns for your mandates, from auditing the preparatory work to technical approval
• You work with our automation: You know what it does and recognize where it is wrong
• You advise your clients on a daily basis regarding taxes and accounting, at eye level
• You are the technical contact person in the team for complex questions
• You help shape how we work and automate

What you bring with you

• Commercial training with further education in fiduciary or accounting (Federal Diploma is a plus, not a must)
• Several years of experience in annual financial statements and taxes, ideally in fiduciary services
• Proficiency in accounting and VAT
• Joy in digital work, you know bexio or will learn it quickly
• You work independently and reflectively: You report errors and uncertainties early, seek help before things get critical, and accept feedback

• Salary CHF 90’000 to 105’000 (at 100%), depending on experience
