Your Task ##

• You support IT partners in pre- and post-sales with technical questions regarding network and cyber security solutions.
• You analyze complex technical problems and develop suitable solution approaches for demanding customer environments.
• You accompany network and security projects from technical evaluation through conception to implementation and commissioning.
• You advise partners on the use of various solutions from a broad IT security portfolio.
• You conduct technical product presentations, workshops, and training sessions and convey complex content in an understandable and practical manner.
• You work closely with international technology manufacturers at a technical level and clarify demanding technical questions directly with their specialists.
• You deal intensively with technologies in the areas of firewalling, routing & switching, WLAN, e-mail security, and endpoint security.
• You analyze error patterns systematically, identify causes, and support partners with sustainable remediation.

Your Profile ##

• Completed basic training as Informatiker EFZ Systemtechnik
• Subsequent further training in the field of IT Security and/or IT Network
• Several years of practical experience in system engineering with a focus on network and IT security
• Sound knowledge in several areas such as firewalls, routing & switching, WLAN, e-mail security, or endpoint security
• Very good understanding of network architectures, communication protocols, and modern security technologies, as well as experience in their implementation and error analysis
• Confident appearance in direct contact with customers, IT partners, and manufacturers, as well as experience with technical presentations, workshops, or training
• Proficient German skills at level C2 and very good English skills at level B2
• Driver's license category B
