Job Description ##

• Support and further development of existing customers in German-speaking Switzerland
• Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and projects
• Advising customers on the selection of technical and commercial solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers and relevant market participants
• Accompanying sales projects from initial contact to successful implementation
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners
• Analysis of market and customer potentials as well as derivation of suitable sales strategies
• Participation in customer events, industry events, and trade fairs

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of experience in field service/business development
• Experience in a consultative B2B sales environment with longer sales cycles
• Ideally experience in the area of foodservice, hospitality, professional equipment, large-scale kitchens, gastronomy, or related industries
• Demonstrable success in the development of new customers and business opportunities
• Ability to accompany various contact persons along complex decision-making processes
• Independent, structured, and entrepreneurial way of working
• Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
• German fluent, English B2, French an advantage
