Specialist Fiduciary and Payroll Administration 60% to 100% | Zug

For our client in Zug, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality in the fiduciary sector who wants to contribute their expertise in a versatile mandate environment. If you value direct exchange with customers, enjoy working independently, and are at home in both financial accounting and the payroll area, a varied task with a lot of personal responsibility and exciting mandates awaits you.

Tasks

• Independent support and management of a diverse mandate portfolio as the central contact person for customers
• Advising companies on business management issues and supporting financial topics
• Preparation of VAT declarations as well as carrying out annual reconciliations
• Management of financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers with Bexio, Abacus, Infoniqa, Sage, Topal, etc.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Responsibility for demanding national / international payroll accounting
• Processing of withholding tax settlements as well as social security declarations
• Taking over tasks in personnel administration
• Assistance with mutual substitution within the team

Profile

• Several years of practical experience in the fiduciary sector as well as confidence in the independent support of national and international mandates
• Further education in fiduciary or accounting, for example Federal Diploma / Expert or ongoing further education, is an advantage
• Sound specialist knowledge in the payroll area and in the processing of demanding payroll accounting
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss social security system as well as the VAT environment
• Enjoyment of personal cooperation with customers and a consulting role in the mandate environment
• Structured, responsible, and independent way of working with high quality standards
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills for communication in an international environment
• Confident handling of modern IT applications and digital solutions
