Product Owner ERP Dispo 80-100%, workplace by agreement

The Operations division takes on the central strategic and steering role for the technological direction and production of SRG SSR. The ERP Dispo team ensures the reliable operation and continuous further development of the central dispo system landscape with VimBiz.

As Product Owner ERP Dispo, you define and prioritize the further development of the product together with the Product Manager. In doing so, you combine the needs of the specialist departments with the strategic goals and, together with the team, ensure efficient and reliable operation.

This is your contribution ####

In the Operations division, as a Product Owner in the ERP Dispo product team, you will be involved in the following topics:

• Alignment of the further development and operation of VimBiz with the product strategy, business requirements, and the needs of the users
• Clarification of requirements with the specialist departments and other stakeholders, as well as translation into actionable, prioritized entries in the Product Backlog
• Joint design and clear communication of product vision, goals, and roadmap in close cooperation with the Product Manager
• Functional control of implementation as well as coordination of iteration planning, acceptances, releases, and deployments with the team and external partners
• Ensuring efficient processing of Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes together with the team, as well as compliance with the agreed Service Levels
• Coordination of interfaces and dependencies to adjacent systems and teams, as well as continuous improvement of the product and operational processes

This is how you impress us ####

• Sound professional experience in the environment of ERP or scheduling systems as well as an understanding of scheduling and resource planning processes; knowledge of vimbiz is an advantage
• Experience in the prioritization and management of products or services as well as in Product Backlog Management
• Knowledge in the management of Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Changes as well as in release and deployment coordination
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as experience in collaborating with specialist departments, engineers, and external partners
• Customer-oriented and structured way of working, understanding of governance and quality requirements, as well as motivation for continuous improvement along the entire product lifecycle
• Very good knowledge of a national language as well as German or French at least at level B1; English skills at least at level B1 are an advantage
