Finance Specialist

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE WITH US

• You manage the financial accounting, including the general ledger and fixed asset accounting, for selected companies
• You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• You prepare for and accompany the external audit
• You assist with budgeting, forecasts, and liquidity planning
• If required, you support the team in day-to-day business with the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment transactions
• You actively participate in finance and IT projects, in particular optimizing processes, training employees, and providing them with first-level support
• You share our ambition to provide high-quality and timely solutions for our internal customers as a reliable and competent service provider

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have a commercial education with further training in the field of finance and accounting
• You master the handling of standard financial processes without problems
• You have already taken responsibility for general ledger processes and closing work
• You move confidently in ERP systems and have already participated in IT projects in the past
• You are a cheerful and open personality who enjoys working independently and taking on responsibility
• You recognize potential for improvement and enjoy implementing practical solutions together
• You actively seek collaboration internally as well as with other companies in the Marti Group
