Your tasks
You will take on innovative and exciting consulting work in the HR-IT area with a focus on document management - from the digital personnel file, employment reference to automated HR processes with the goal of independent takeover of (sub-) projects
You will work in direct cooperation with an experienced consultant
You will assist in the analysis, conception and development of innovative HR concepts as well as their implementation at the customer
You will conduct workshops and trainings for customers virtually or on-site
You will assist in the further development, support and care of existing customers
You will work together with the Sales team on the technical elaboration of customer-specific offers
Your profile
You have a completed university degree in BWL, (Business) Informatics or comparable
Ideally, you have knowledge in the area of (SAP) HR with corresponding knowledge of personnel processes and concepts
Ideally, you have knowledge in the area of document management and have possibly already worked with tools such as aconso, Centric or Arbeitszeugnis swiss+
You have further training in the field of IT or an affinity for IT topics
You are a winning, cheerful and successful personality and enjoy continuous development
You like to take responsibility and possess an independent and committed way of working and always act in the interest of the customers
You possess high problem-solving competence as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
You are strong in communication in both oral and written form
You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
You are willing to undertake project-related travel activities within German-speaking Switzerland
