Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriartics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

In order to complete our finance team, we are looking for our future:

Management Controller in permanent employment at 80% Management Center

As a management controller, you play a key role in the financial steering of the Foundation. You are responsible for the budgeting process, the analysis of results, and the monitoring of financial performance. In close collaboration with budget managers and project managers, you provide your expertise and contribute to illuminating decisions and supporting the development of the Foundation's activities.

You also contribute to the development and automation of steering tools, indicators, and dashboards, notably through Business Intelligence (BI) tools. You participate in institutional analyses and reporting, the monitoring of internal control, as well as continuous improvement processes, while supporting teams in the appropriation of management tools and data.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You have a higher education degree in finance/accounting or
• You demonstrate confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in the health-social field
• You possess solid skills in cost accounting, budgeting methodology, and management control
• You master standard IT tools and Excel has no secrets from you
• Organization, priority management, and rigor are qualities that define you
• You are known for your methodical, analytical, and synthesis mindset
• You have pedagogical qualities and enjoy transmitting your knowledge
• You enjoy working autonomously and being in contact with internal and external clients
