We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team on a temporary basis of 8 to 10 months, ideally starting from January or February 2027.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of Mammut's corporate strategy and lead priority strategic and transformation initiatives across the organization. Combining strategic thinking, rigorous analysis, and practical project leadership, you will transform complex business questions into actionable recommendations and help translate strategic priorities into measurable business impacts. Working closely with executive management and cross-functional and regional teams, you will support fact-based decision-making and help accelerate execution.

Your responsibilities

• Support the continuous development and evolution of Mammut's corporate strategy and translate strategic ambition into clear priorities, initiatives, and measurable objectives.
• Lead or support selected strategic analyses and strategic planning work across markets, channels, categories, and functions.
• Support annual and multi-year business planning, including the prioritization of initiatives, investments, and resources.
• Develop strategic recommendations for executive management based on rigorous analysis and a solid understanding of Mammut's strategic activities and priorities.

Strategic perspectives & decision support

• Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities, trends, and strategic risks.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and scenarios to support fact-based decision-making.
• Translate complex data and business questions into clear perspectives, recommendations, and management presentations.
• Prepare decision-oriented documents and recommendations for executive management and, if applicable, the Board of Directors.

Strategic projects & transformation

• Lead selected cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives, from problem definition to implementation.
• Structure complex problems, define workflows and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional and global project teams.
• Proactively identify obstacles, drive their resolution, and ensure the timely delivery of agreed results.
• Support the change management and communication necessary to integrate strategic initiatives into the organization.

Strategy execution & performance management

• Translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementation roadmaps.
• Monitor the progress and business impact of strategic initiatives and identify corrective actions if necessary.
• Maintain transparency on the portfolio of strategic initiatives and prepare regular performance updates for relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with functions and regions to drive implementation and ensure that strategic priorities translate into measurable business results.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in business / economics or similar studies
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and/or project management
• Practical and autonomous personality with a strong capacity for strategic and conceptual thinking
• Solid financial training as well as analytical capacity and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent project management and planning skills
• Results and solution-oriented working method
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English (written/spoken)
• Strong MS Office skills, experience with Power BI, Atlassian Jira/Confluence desirable
