Bern, Switzerland (and Home Office) | 80-100% | This is the contribution you can make * Participate in the operation and continuous improvement of the ISMS on the basis of ISO/IEC 27001 * Advise specialist departments and steering committees on security issues, sensitize and train employees on the implementation of technical and organizational security measures * Review the documents created for new projects and ongoing applications of the BAG according to the Federal security procedures, assess the appropriateness of security measures and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation * Maintain, improve and enforce concepts and instructions to strengthen cyber and information security in the office. Assess and accompany risk analyses and risk treatment measures * Coordinate and accompany audits, penetration tests and assessments and check the implementation of defined improvement measures What makes you unique * University degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science with further training and/or certification in the field of information security (CAS/MAS IT-Security, CISM, CISSP, CCSO or comparable) * At least five years of professional experience in the field of cyber and information security, ideally with experience in the operation of an ISMS * A committed, communicative and assertive, integral personality who enjoys taking responsibility and contributes actively as a team player and doer to the further development of cyber and information security * Good technical understanding of modern IT architectures and current security concepts, especially in the areas of Cloud Security, IAM, Zero Trust as well as network and application security. Familiar with frameworks such as ISO/IEC 2700x, NIST and CIS Controls. Ability to assess technical risks and security requirements and communicate them in a target-group-oriented manner to management and specialist departments * Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language In a nutshell You combine governance, risk and compliance competence with a sound technical understanding and succeed in advancing cyber and information security pragmatically and effectively together with IT, data protection, specialist departments and management.
