Introduction

For our client from the real estate industry, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior Real Estate Accountant (a) 80-100%. You are responsible for the accounting of your own portfolio and work independently with internal and external parties.

Tasks

• Independent management of real estate accounting for an assigned portfolio
• Preparation of annual financial statements, budgets, and VAT returns
• Processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
• Monitoring of open items and execution of collection management
• Technical contact person for owners, customers, and internal teams

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally with further training in the finance or real estate sector
• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting
• Very good knowledge in the preparation of financial statements as well as in accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Structured, precise, and independent way of working with an eye for the big picture
• Experience in the area of STWEG, collection, or with real estate software is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
