The person who verifies AHV retirement registrations, clarifies data, and pre-calculates the pensions of future AHV retirees performs important work - yours. What you do as an administrator is of great importance to the insured.

Your new activity is as varied and exciting as life: you process the majority of requests from registration until the closing of the file with the decision sent to the client. There are also requests that you must reject because the conditions are not met. Or you perform a recovery if the receipt of the benefit was not or only partially justified. In case of divorces, you process income sharing requests. You support retirement requests coming from the EU or the EFTA with competence and patience. When clients have questions, you provide information in writing and by telephone.
