About the role

As an apartment searcher, you will play a key role in supporting clients. You will be responsible for finding the best real estate opportunities and ensuring the first contact with property management companies in order to offer clients real estate properties that match their criteria.

We offer you a position in total remote with great hourly flexibility (8 hours per week, Monday morning mandatory), within a growing structure in a hyper-stimulating field of activity. Your work will be of real utility to the members of the apartment search team.

This is a superb opportunity to gain experience alongside your studies. We offer you a 6-month mission that can be extended in the long term, with possibilities for advancement if you prove yourself.

Tasks
-------

• Search for apartments on various platforms according to defined criteria.
• Contact real estate management companies by e-mail in French and German.
• Propose selected properties to clients in a dedicated WhatsApp group.
• Coordinate and organize visits between clients and management companies.

We are looking for

• Perfect mastery of French in writing and speaking.
• Good notions of German for writing e-mails.
• Comfort with usual IT tools
• Great autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization.

An asset if you possess

• A successful first professional experience.
• Interest in the real estate sector.
