Project Manager (m/w/d) 100 % – Remote & on site

e-guma has been developing digital solutions for the sale and administration of vouchers, tickets, products, as well as credit and gift cards since 2005. At our company, hoteliers, restaurateurs, tourism professionals, marketing specialists, and software developers work hand in hand. For our Customer Care Team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Project Manager, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• As a Project Manager, you accompany our new customers from the first project meeting to the successful go-live. During the entire onboarding, you are their central contact person.
• You plan and coordinate the introduction of e-guma and advise our customers on vouchers, tickets, products, and other digital sales solutions.
• You clarify requirements, configure the appropriate systems, and coordinate interfaces with our development team as well as the activation of online payment methods with the involved partners.
• You set up the various e-guma systems, online shops, and additional solutions, design vouchers and other content, and pay attention to corporate design and user-friendliness.
• You support our customers in designing efficient sales and administration processes and prepare the on-site introduction so that e-guma can be integrated smoothly into daily work routines.
• You train new customers in using e-guma – remote or on site – and support them after the go-live in ongoing operations.
• You advise our customers on marketing measures and sales-promoting activities and support them in presenting and marketing their offers effectively.
• You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of e-guma and our processes.

What you bring with you

• A completed education, e.g., in the field of tourism, hotel management, marketing, or in the commercial sector.
• Very good German and good English skills; French and Italian are an advantage.
• Organizational talent and the ability to keep an eye on several customer projects simultaneously.
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
• An independent, structured, and careful way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Quick comprehension as well as interest in digital products, technical contexts, and individual customer solutions.
• Confidence in handling digital applications and enjoyment in configuring systems.
• The ability to convey complex content understandably and to train customers competently.
• A good sense for design, user-friendliness, and corporate design; knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of cross-team collaboration.
