For our client, a service industry company in the BE region, we are looking for a communicative and open personality at a workload of 100% starting immediately.

Your field of activity:

• Processing demanding member inquiries (written and telephone).
• Personal advice on the organization's entire product range.
• Support for the 1st level and internal partners (sales, sections) with complex concerns.
• Advice on electromobility, including support for the app.
• Ensuring support for digital applications (apps, website login).
• Support for corporate customers (roadside assistance & traffic law protection).

Qualifications

• Commercial training and experience in the service sector.
• Native German language and French skills in speaking and writing (min. B2 mandatory).
• High IT affinity and ideally initial experience in technical support.
• Enthusiasm for mobility topics, especially electromobility, advice and sales.
• Resilient, flexible, solution-oriented and strong team spirit.
• VBV further education is an advantage.
