IT Support Technician

For one of our international clients based in Vevey, we are looking for a passionate IT Support Retail Technician (m/f) for technology and user service.

Within a dynamic team, you will ensure IT support for points of sale distributed throughout Switzerland. You will intervene autonomously in the field to guarantee the availability of IT equipment and the quality of service offered to users.

• Provide local IT support to users
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents
• Install, configure, and replace IT equipment
• Ensure follow-up of requests and communication with users
• Guarantee a quality user experience through your sense of service and solution-oriented approach
• Intervene autonomously in various points of sale throughout Switzerland
• Varied position combining user support and technical field interventions with regular travel throughout Switzerland
• Great autonomy in the organization of your interventions in a dynamic environment in direct contact with users

Your profile

• CFC in computer science or training deemed equivalent
• Experience in local IT support appreciated
• Ability to analyze problems and find pragmatic solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Fluent French and good knowledge of English
• German is a real asset
• Driver's license mandatory (Possibility to benefit from a company vehicle)
