Your job description
You assume general responsibility for the operation, support, and development of the case management system and coordinate all relevant stakeholders.
You offer efficient assistance (2nd level), sort requests, and coordinate collaboration with the external provider.
You analyze requests from partner organizations and transpose them into feasible, budgeted, and prioritized development projects.
You coordinate the implementation of new functionalities as well as their testing, validation, and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations. You also configure the system autonomously.
You are responsible for reporting, data analysis, and the development of analyses (e.g., Python, Power BI) as well as license and usage management.
You continuously optimize processes and ensure the fulfillment of agreed contractual services, including service level monitoring and contract management.
Our requirements
You demonstrate initiative, an analytical mind, and a talent for coordination.
You quickly learn and master new tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, M365).
You have experience in IT coordination, software project management, or second-level support.
You possess basic knowledge of data management, databases, web applications, and data protection provisions (LPD).
You work in a careful, structured, and pragmatic manner in a multicultural environment.
You master German and know English very well. Knowledge of French and Italian is an asset.
