Business Analyst - 100%

As a business analyst, you play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and formulating the needs of our internal customers in the field of assistance. At the heart of our IT ecosystem, you contribute to transforming these needs into concrete and relevant solutions - thereby actively participating in shaping the future of mobility.

Your challenges

Analyze business requirements

• Planning and structuring the analysis in your area of responsibility
• Conducting inspiring requirement workshops with modern methods
• Questioning and optimizing the Salesforce solution to ensure maximum impact

Document and communicate

• Recording requirements as well as modeling efficient target processes
• Defining clear functional requirements
• Developing structured test plans and practical test scenarios

Propose and implement solutions

• Active participation in high-impact projects
• Identification and communication of functional risks
• Participation in change management
• Organization and execution of tests as well as monitoring of commissioning

IT support and continuous development

• Ensure functional support
• Contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our tools

What you bring

Tool skills

• Salesforce case management
• Jira and Confluence
• Data management and SQL queries

Profile

• Higher education (university, ETH, HES or equivalent)
• Ideally experience in the field of assistance
• In-depth experience in the CRM field
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the IT field
• Understanding of requirements in a development environment
• Knowledge of AGILE projects
• Ability to identify and implement concrete solutions
• German C2, fluent English
• Solution-oriented, adaptable, analytical and cross-functional thinking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• UX and Design Thinking are a plus
