Your tasks:

• Support the infrastructure team at the location with daily tasks in IT Support (1st/2nd Level) as well as the general administration of the on-site infrastructure
• You provide support remotely or directly at the respective user's workplace
• In doing so, you support more than 200 employees/users
• You receive incidents personally, by telephone, or via email, prioritize them, and resolve them independently or coordinate processing via the 3rd Level
• In close cooperation with the 3rd Level, you carry out their instructions directly at the user where necessary
• You are jointly responsible for managing and updating the knowledge base in the area of systems and operations
• You manage user administration as well as the various accounts
• You are jointly responsible for the inventory management of the datacenter and, together with your teammates, are available for on-site assignments on call
• Additionally, you support the department with current IT projects

Your profile:

• You possess good and broad general specialist knowledge in system technology (Windows 7 & 10, Windows Server 2012 - 2019, networks, clients, GPO) as well as professional experience in the corresponding specialist field
• Furthermore, you have good knowledge of MS Teams and MS Office
• A category B driver's license for occasional assignments in the datacenter in Zürich (company vehicle available)
• A completed computer science training, preferably specializing in system technology, would be desirable
• General SCCM knowledge as well as experience in practical application are also desirable
• You are an affable, team-oriented, and open-minded personality
• You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English (verbally and in writing)
