Our client is an internationally active manufacturing company with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a dedicated and linguistically skilled personality in Customer Service.

Job Description ##

• Support and consultation of customers in German, English, French, and Italian via telephone and email
• Order processing from A to Z (entry, confirmation, tracking, and invoicing)
• Interface between customers, production, logistics, and sales
• Processing of customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
• Ensuring timely delivery in cooperation with internal departments
• Maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system
• Support with process optimizations in Customer Service

The Successful Applicant ##

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Confident communication in German and English as well as very good knowledge of French and Italian (at least B2)
• Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as resilience in a dynamic environment
