The 16 municipalities of the Thal-Gäu social region with over 39-000 inhabitants perform their tasks in statutory social assistance as well as child and adult protection together in a special-purpose association. Around 70 employees provide services at our location in Oensingen

• We implement immediate measures for securing existence and integration
• We enable people to achieve their economic and personal independence
• We support professional and social integration

• A tertiary-level education, preferably in Social Work, Pedagogy, Social Insurance
• You appreciate versatile, people-oriented work, which can be demanding but also fulfilling; you have the ability to shape collaboration with a wide variety of clients and third parties constructively

• Do you already have experience as a social worker(s) at a social service? Even better!
