In this role, you will strengthen the Claims division in the SOS Claims Assistance area at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success. SOS & Assistance is composed of a multicultural team of passionate and helpful colleagues who advise our insured persons on immediate measures in emergencies. You will support us in receiving and processing claims cases and will gain an exciting insight into the claims department within a large company. What awaits you * You take care of receiving telephone calls in the event of a claim 24/7h * You are in direct contact with customers and partners * You coordinate the deployment of international service partners or towing services after car accidents/breakdowns * You undertake administrative activities such as processing claims cases, payment of invoices, telephone as well as written customer inquiries * You work on days from Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and [missing value] Uhr, the deployment times are adjustable depending on semester workload.
