As a Service Manager, you form the interface between our customers and the service providers. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ongoing operations and shape the future scope of the service. You also plan and review orders within the framework of demand and change management and are responsible for their implementation.

Your tasks

• be responsible for and ensure the lifecycle and quality of the cantonal IT Service Management System (ITSMS)
• be responsible for demand, change, and release management for your service
• monitor and control service levels, including the implementation of measures to ensure the agreed performance
• create business requirements (use cases) with customers and implement them with the service providers
• collaborate in digitalization projects and interdisciplinary teams

Your profile

• degree from a University of Applied Sciences (Business Informatics or Business Administration)
• many years of professional experience in ICT service management and in the application of the ITIL framework
• strong customer and service orientation
• good organizational skills, a structured and independent way of working, as well as analytical thinking skills
• English skills as well as knowledge of the application ServiceNow are an advantage
