You have created tenders, worked with NPK bills of quantities, and know from your own experience what works in structural engineering. At CRB, you turn this knowledge into reliable standards for the entire Swiss construction industry. Your impact at CRB: You are responsible for the development and further development of your own NPK chapters in structural engineering. Together with experts from the respective specialist areas, you ensure that the contents are technically sound, consistent, and practical. You lead standard projects from the needs assessment to publication and keep an eye on content, deadlines, and costs. In doing so, you moderate specialist groups and bring author teams, specialist associations, and committees together to achieve viable results. You closely follow developments in standards, technology, and the market and assess what flows into the working tools. What you bring with you: Several years of experience in construction management, project management, or execution in structural engineering, as well as your own NPK and tendering experience. You formulate technical content in German clearly, neutrally, and bindingly and convince specialists through competence and personality. Whether site manager, construction manager, technician HF, planner, or manual vocational training with further education: your practical experience is decisive. Knowledge of eBKP-H is a plus.
