With our AI for Operational Excellence initiative, we want to use AI specifically where it makes our daily work easier, more efficient, and more impactful. The focus is on our support processes, for example in HR, Finance, GRC, Marketing & Communications, Internal IT and Logistics.-
To this end, we are looking for a personality who combines business understanding with technical implementation competence. Together with our specialist teams, you will identify concrete potential for improvement, develop AI solutions from them, and bring them from the prototype to productive use together with our IT specialists.-
You are neither a classic Data Scientist nor a pure Software Engineer. You move at the interface between the specialist department, AI and technology and ensure that good ideas result in solutions with measurable benefits.-

• the close cooperation with our specialist teams to understand processes and identify concrete opportunities for using AI
• the translation of technical challenges into implementable AI Use Cases and their accompaniment from the prototype through the pilot to the productive solution-
• the development and configuration of AI-based solutions, Copilots and Agents as well as their connection with existing data, applications and processes-
• the meaningful integration of solutions into our system, data and security landscape together with the specialists of the Internal IT and the Enterprise Architecture-
• the pragmatic assessment of the suitable implementation path: Buy, Configure or Build
• the provision and structuring of the necessary data for the respective application case
• the development of reusable components, patterns and best practices so that successful approaches can be used beyond individual Use Cases-
• the active sharing of your knowledge and the empowerment of your colleagues to use AI increasingly independently and responsibly

You impress us... ##

• a background in computer science, business informatics or Data Science or comparable practical experience-
• your experience in the implementation of AI or GenAI solutions and your understanding of what lies between a convincing prototype and a productive solution.-
• your familiarity with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs and data integration-
• your knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem, for example in Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry or Microsoft Fabric; knowledge of Abacus ERP and BI solutions is a plus
• your development skills, for example with Python, APIs or comparable technologies, and your pragmatic handling of existing solutions
• your ability to quickly understand new technical processes and to communicate technical possibilities understandably to non-technical people
• your joy in experimenting, the rapid construction of prototypes and the further development of functioning approaches into robust solutions
