Talent Sourcer – Bilingual FR/DE - 100 %

As a Talent Sourcer, you play a driving role in the recruitment of our future customer advisors. A true profile hunter, you explore new markets, identify high-potential candidates, and develop innovative approaches to energize our recruitments. Thanks to your interpersonal skills, your perseverance, and your spirit of initiative, you actively contribute to the quality and efficiency of our recruitments.

What you do on a daily basis

You actively identify, approach, and contact future customer advisors by mobilizing different sourcing techniques and targeted direct approaches. You explore new markets and sourcing channels in order to diversify our candidate pools and respond effectively to recruitment needs.

You develop and maintain trusting relationships with our external partners, notably placement agencies, in order to strengthen the quality of applications and the effectiveness of our collaborations. In close coordination with line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP), you contribute to the recruitment dynamics and provide your support during job interviews.

You analyze the effectiveness of sourcing actions and propose concrete solutions to improve the quality of applications and the performance of our recruitments. Being proactive, you also participate in internal continuous improvement projects, particularly around new technologies, artificial intelligence, and the candidate experience.

What you bring to the team

You have commercial training, ideally supplemented by a specialization in human resources, as well as several years of experience in recruitment, preferably in searching for commercial profiles. You master active sourcing techniques and different recruitment channels.

Possessing a true hunter temperament, you demonstrate proactivity, perseverance, and a strong result orientation. Your interpersonal ease, your analytical mind, and your sense of initiative allow you to develop networks, identify new opportunities, and appropriately evaluate the potential of candidates.

You perfectly master French or German (mother tongue or equivalent level) and have excellent knowledge of the other language (minimum C1 level). You are comfortable with digital tools, you follow job market developments, and you are interested in new recruitment approaches, particularly those related to artificial intelligence, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital visibility.
