Support our great team at FinanceScout24, a successful FinTech startup specializing in the mediation of auto insurance and private loans. Our goal is to help people in Switzerland find the best financial products that perfectly fit their needs. We offer our customers an extraordinary user experience, including exclusive offers and seamless connections to online partner websites such as AutoScout24.

As a Credit Operations Specialist at FinanceScout24, you will play a decisive role in ensuring that our credit processes are handled reliably, efficiently, and in a customer-oriented manner. You will support the team in daily administrative operations, ensure clean documentation, and make sure that all relevant documents, data, and process steps are processed correctly. In doing so, you will work closely with internal teams as well as our partner banks and help enable our customers to have smooth processing of their loan inquiries.

What to expect

• You process incoming and outgoing mail, send documents to customers, and ensure that all documents are reliably delivered.
• You create and send confirmations, letters, as well as standardized customer correspondence, ensuring professional communication.
• You record and maintain customer data and transactions in our systems and pay attention to high data quality.
• You support the administrative processing of loan applications, particularly in document management, filing, and archiving.
• You work closely with our partner banks, coordinate administrative process steps, and ensure that open points are reliably followed up.
• You prepare payouts according to our process specifications, ensure compliance with internal guidelines, including applicable KKGR guidelines, and support controls and plausibility checks within the context of the credit granting processes.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Ideally, you bring experience in the field of credit, for example in credit processing, credit administration, credit business, or a similar function.
• You are a strong communicator, persuasive, and present yourself professionally to customers, internal teams, and partner banks.
• You have a strong performance and solution orientation and do everything possible to efficiently clarify open points and successfully complete dossiers.
• You possess negotiation skills, tenacity, and perseverance, especially when it comes to obtaining information, following up on feedback, and driving processes forward.
• You are motivated, goal-oriented, and enjoy innovative, digital products and efficient processes.
• You are confident in using digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and process landscapes.
• You have excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form. French, Italian, or other languages are a plus.
