Your responsibility

• You are the contact point for our customers
• You answer telephone calls and email
• You advise customers and take care of their concerns
• You are our mouthpiece towards our customers and with you our success is decided

Your profile

• You understand Swiss German
• You carry out telephone consultations in German and Italian or German and French
• Partially you answer in writing in German, Italian or French
• Additional language English is welcome
• You enjoy dealing with customers
