A new opportunity is opening within our French-speaking Switzerland Service. We are looking for our future Service Manager at 100 % to take over responsibility for the Valais sector.

Attached to our Crissier site, you will ensure a regular presence in the field with our customers and lead your sector in collaboration with the technicians, the Team Leader, scheduling, and administration.

Your mission
As Service Manager, you ensure the operational, technical, commercial, and economic management of your sector.

You are the preferred interlocutor for our customers and accompany Service mandates from the needs analysis to their realization, while ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and the profitability of your sector.

Your main tasks:

• Analysis of needs on site, taking measurements and preparing offers
• Follow-up of offers, Service mandates, and technician reports
• Operational and technical coordination with the technicians and the Team Leader
• Requests for necessary permits for interventions on public property in Genève
• Monitoring of turnover and profitability of your sector
• Maintenance and development of customer relations through Service quality, professionalism, and the solutions provided
• Monitoring of warehouse stock and collaboration with scheduling and administration

Your profile:

• CFC as a blind/shade installer or equivalent technical training
• Several years of proven experience in the field of blinds and solar protection
• Solid technical knowledge, taking measurements and preparing offers
• Autonomy, stress management, sense of responsibility, and good organizational skills
• Ease with IT and digital tools (CRM, business applications, Microsoft Office)
• Very good knowledge of French; German is an asset.
• Category B driver's license
