What awaits you

• You are primarily responsible for the entire human resources (without Compensation) for the field force
• You lead a team of four employees in a professional and personal capacity
• You support the team in day-to-day operations, particularly regarding labor and social insurance law questions
• Together with your team, you advise and support the entire field force on questions related to HR topics
• The continuous further development as well as the digitalization of the HR processes and instruments are driven by you

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training with completed HR further education (e.g., HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann etc.)
• at least 5 years of experience in the field of HR administration or similar
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with high social competence and assertiveness
• Empathic, service-oriented and committed personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Interest in optimizations, innovations as well as continuous further development
• Excellent German and good French skills. Italian skills are an advantage
• Change management experience is an advantage
