The Customer Service Center actively supports Raiffeisen Schweiz, Raiffeisenbanken and group companies in achieving their service goals by receiving and answering telephone and written end-customer inquiries.

At our St. Gallen location, we are looking for a fast-learning, flexible, service-oriented and strong-communicating personality for our increased advisory activities, effective immediately or by arrangement. We offer you interesting and diverse activities in a fast-paced and varied working environment, modern workplaces and a working model with the possibility of home office.

What awaits you? ##

• Telephone support for private customers
• Needs-oriented advice on basic products (numbers, saving, pension, simple investments)
• Active customer contact to arrange advisory appointments, direct closings and forwarding to higher segments
• Working days from Mon - Fri with occasional assignments on Saturdays

What do you bring with you? ##

• Banking training (EFZ or comparable)
• Experience in the support and advice of customers
• Passion for customer contact and pronounced sales talent
• Structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
