HR Consultant Healthcare – Personnel Leasing Baar

For our team in Baar (ZG), we are looking for an experienced personality as a Healthcare Consultant (50 to 100 %) with a focus on HR consulting, recruiting, and personnel leasing in the healthcare sector, starting February 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

What to expect in this role

• You look after our existing customers and clarify their personnel requirements.
• You actively recruit candidates via various channels and networks.
• You conduct interviews and check qualifications, professional experience, and personal suitability.
• You are responsible for the matching and the filling of temporary assignments.
• You accompany our temporary employees and coordinate their assignments.
• You work closely with our recruiting team.
• You keep an eye on deadlines, assignment quality, and the profitability of your mandates.

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in HR consulting and recruiting
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, especially the professional groups and qualifications
• Experience in conducting interviews and candidate selection
• Experience in Swiss personnel leasing
• Confident handling of digital systems and openness to AI-supported processes
