What you can achieve

• After an induction period, you will take product responsibility for a PostFinance application and create real added value for your customers with your solution- and customer-oriented way of working
• You will work closely in a two-person team, continuously develop your young product team further, and later accompany the professional and personal development of apprentices or students as a practical supervisor
• You will develop high-quality software in a team and gain experience in full-stack development, testing, CI/CD, architecture, spec-driven development and other areas
• You will contribute forward-looking ideas through your own initiative and use new technologies, frameworks and practices
• You will validate product hypotheses in experiments with prototypes, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) or Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)

What you bring with you

• Degree in computer science or business informatics at tertiary level (university or university of applied sciences) or comparable education or further training
• Impeccable German skills and good English skills
• Initial professional experience, for example through internships or part-time jobs, ideally with Java, TypeScript, SQL or similar programming languages
• Passion for computer science as well as willingness to expand your own boundaries and to accept new challenges
• Curiosity, openness and joy of learning
• Willingness for active knowledge exchange with colleagues as well as to accompany apprentices and students in the role as a practical trainer
