Application Support Technician - IT (M/F) 80-100%

As the primary contact for our 184 employees, you are the link between users and the IT team. Your scope covers two complementary axes: daily Odoo support, and the internal IT of our 14 sites. A position where one sees the effect of their work very concretely.

Axis 1: Odoo Support

• Ensure first-level support: handle tickets, emails, and calls reactively, prioritizing urgencies and ensuring rigorous follow-up.
• Diagnose and resolve: identify the causes of malfunctions, propose solutions, and escalate what must be escalated.
• Support: guide users, both beginners and experts, in taking charge of Odoo: individual sessions, tutorials, documented guides.
• Report trends: identify recurring bugs and frequent requests to propose functional or technical improvements to the team.

Axis 2: Internal IT

• Equip and maintain: prepare, install, and maintain workstations and peripherals (printers, scanners, point-of-sale hardware).
• Manage access: creation and monitoring of user accounts, rights, and hardware upon the arrival and departure of employees.
• Intervene at the first level: on hardware at the headquarters, stores, and warehouses.
• Be in the field: occasional travel to our sites.

Cross-functional

• Participation in projects: support and assist project teams in the implementation, deployment, and monitoring of solutions.
• Document: write technical reports, enrich the internal knowledge base, and participate in the continuous improvement of support processes.
• Collaborate: work in close synergy with developers (technical bugs) and analysts (functional questions).

Your profile

• Proven experience in support or administration of an ERP (Odoo, SAP, Abacus, etc.) or similar business software.
• Comfortable in a Microsoft environment: management of accounts and access, common office hardware.
• Pedagogical: you can simplify technical subjects and know how to adapt to your interlocutor.
• Methodical, with a sharp sense of priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills and ease in collaborating with all departments.
• Driver's license for travel to our sites.
• Languages: fluent French; German and English are an asset.

A plus

• Experience in ticket management (Jira or equivalent).
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL) or integration tools (API, connectors).
• Odoo certification or training in progress.
