Your responsibility

• You accept customer concerns and complaints by telephone and convince through your competence
• You process written customer inquiries and e-mail error-free
• You look after our top mandate Postfinance in the banking sector
• Working hours from Monday to Saturday from 07:30 to 20:00
• Execute card blocks at the customer's request
• Completion of administrative tasks such as handling correspondence

Your profile

• Swiss German/German is your native language
• French in spoken and written form min. level B2/C1 is mandatory
• You enjoy dealing with customers and like working in a lively team
• For the employment, an impeccable criminal record and debt enforcement register extract is required (MUST)
• Good PC skills are a condition
• Experience in customer service and in the banking sector is an advantage
• You are looking for a hybrid working model in which you can also work in the home office
