QA Associate Pharmacy

Tasks:

• Support of quality assurance (QA) in compliance with the applicable EU guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Independent management of defined areas of responsibility as well as ensuring the professional expertise required for them.
• Taking on the function as Training Coordinator within an electronic quality management system (eQMS).
• Creation and maintenance of KPIs and Excel overviews, especially regarding Change Controls and CAPAs, as well as tracking open and overdue measures.
• Organization and coordination of Change Control meetings including preparation of the agenda and minute-taking.
• Responsibility for document archiving as well as the maintenance of the corresponding archive directories.
• Support in product release and review of batch documentation.
• Administration and filing of Quality Agreements.
• Administrative support in quality assurance processes, for example during supplier and laboratory evaluations.
• Collaboration in the creation and revision of quality documents such as guidelines, SOPs, and work instructions.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the laboratory field, or comparable qualification
• Experience in the pharmaceutical environment as well as knowledge of GxP requirements and quality management
• Enjoyment of administrative and coordinative tasks in the QA area
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working with organizational talent
• Confident use of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
