For our Investment Operations department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner who will take responsibility for a central product in this key role and actively drive its further development together with our Product Management.

• the active further development and continuous optimization of our core banking product to successfully implement the product strategy together with the product team and take the product to the next level
• the functional leadership of a cross-functional Scrum team according to agile principles and the promotion of a culture of personal responsibility

• the maintenance and prioritization of the Product Backlog to maximize customer benefit and value creation in product development

You impress us... ##

• with your expertise: Completed studies or vocational training with further education in business, finance, or IT, several years of sound experience in the securities back office, specifically in the area of Corporate Actions or Business Analysis
• with your skills: Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in agile software development projects, your strong communication skills when dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders, as well as your sense for prioritization and your consistent focus on maximum customer benefit.
• with ideally initial development experience: You understand technical contexts, can critically question solution approaches based on sound knowledge, and challenge development decisions at eye level with the team.
• with your attitude: You are a team player, curious, and have an eye for detail - without losing the big picture. With your enthusiasm and dynamic drive, you actively participate and enable new perspectives for the team
