What you can achieve.

• As an SAP HR Module Consultant Payroll, you share responsibility for the payroll processing of the approximately 47'000 employees of Schweizerische Post.
• In the Payroll team, you reliably and punctually carry out the technical payroll runs, whereby you are responsible, among other things, for data preparation, accounting, FICO posting, and the sending of pay slips.
• You are responsible for technical further development, work independently in projects, and optimize existing processes in your specialist areas – for example, salary certificates, wage types, or family allowances.
• You support the team in various questions regarding the Payroll module and take over 3rd-level support for the ongoing operation in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Existing solutions are optimized by you through support, customizing, and targeted further developments, whereby you have the opportunity to gain development experience directly in your daily work.
• With your know-how and your experience, you develop tailor-made solutions for our internal partners and implement them independently.
