What you bring with you:

• At least a 3-year completed vocational training and a recognized further education (preferably as HR Specialist or willingness to complete this further education)
• Will to perform, resilience, as well as a result-oriented and assertive personality
• At least 10 years of general professional experience after basic training
• Professional experience in customer consulting, placement, sales, personnel management or personnel work paired with a good portion of life experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and high service orientation
• Efficient and proficient handling of IT tools, administrative routine and stylistically confident German language skills

Your working environment

At the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, we implement federal laws such as the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG), the Employment Placement Act (AVG) and the Labor Act (ArG). The main tasks consist of advising and placing job seekers, paying unemployment benefits to eligible persons and supervising industry and trade regarding occupational safety and health protection.
