Which area of responsibility awaits you with us:

• Support of the areas of service sales, order processing and after sales
• Work preparation (AVOR) for installations, service and maintenance assignments
• Processing of service contracts and warranty extensions
• Creation and follow-up of offers
• Billing of services and material management for the technical field service
• Technical and sales-promoting consultation of end customers via hotline
• Administrative support as well as maintenance of customer and order data CRM and SAP

What we wish for from you in technical terms:

• Commercial or technical basic training
• Experience in customer service, back office or after sales
• Technical understanding and interest in technical products
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP/CRM systems
• Experience in the creation of offers, order processing and invoicing is an advantage
• Very good German as well as French skills, Italian and English skills are of great advantage
