About the role
KLARA is the all-in-one business software for SMEs – from accounting to payroll to cash register and payments. As part of ePost Service AG (Schweizerische Post), we digitalize the daily lives of small and medium-sized enterprises.
For our Finance-&-Payroll team, we are looking for a person who connects two worlds: the close management of selected key accounts and technical support regarding payroll and accounting.
Your tasks
As part of a strategic partnership, you will take over several medium to large SME customers from a partner company and manage them permanently – including onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Your predecessor will train you closely over several months to ensure a smooth handover.
You support the Finance-&-Payroll support team and resolve support cases for our customers – via e-mail, ticketing system, or online meeting.
You onboard new SME customers in the areas of accounting and payroll.
You continuously optimize our support articles – also to improve the performance of our AI-Agents.
You ensure the feedback loop for development and thus help to make our software better step by step.
Your profile
Sound experience in the field of payroll and finance, with appropriate initial or further training. The focus of the role is on payroll.
Ideally experience in Key Account Management: creating business cases, negotiations, onboarding, and support of medium to large companies.
Ideally experience with payroll software in the market.
Languages: German is a requirement, very good English skills are a big plus, optionally English and Italian are also further plus points.
