Accounting Clerk (a)

What awaits you ###

• Your main tasks include the processing of daily general ledger documents, assisting with the reconciliation of clearing accounts, and the coordination of related postings
• You will also assist with the daily reconciliation of correspondent banks and payment transactions, including the posting of correspondent bank transactions
• For open transactions or special cases, you will handle the clarifications with contact persons
• As part of quality assurance, you will assist with the quarterly collection of balance confirmations
• Deputy tasks in accounts payable as well as situational support during closing work round off your portfolio of tasks

What you bring with you ###

• You have a commercial education and experience in accounting
• It is an advantage if you have been able to gain professional experience at a bank
• You are characterized by an analytical, exact, and independent way of working and enjoy using IT systems (Excel, SAP, Avaloq)
• You look forward to working in a team with Nithusha, Andrea, Alexander, and Thomas. In doing so, you work in the office directly at the Aarau station or elsewhere within the framework of our Work Smart options
