As Specialist Support Benefits Personal Insurance (m/f/d), you will strengthen the Claims division in the area of Personal Insurance Benefits within the Benefits PV Support team at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success. As the first point of contact for benefit cases in the area of daily sickness allowance and accident insurance from all over Switzerland, you and your team will ensure that cases are recorded quickly, completely, and correctly in the system and are processed directly in a specific case segment. In doing so, you act in a dynamic environment and a motivated team that provides first-class service to our corporate customers every day.

What awaits you

You record new benefit cases in the system and ensure that all information is complete and correct.
You take specific customer requirements into account when recording and assigning cases.
You assign the benefit cases to the responsible specialists for further processing.
If necessary, you carry out clarifications within the team or by telephone with customers.
Depending on your development and your interest, after a certain period of time, you will also process simple benefit cases, check insurance coverage, settle daily allowances, and ensure correct benefit processing.

Completed commercial or medical training or comparable qualification
Accurate and efficient way of working, quick comprehension, and enjoyment of administrative work
Team player personality characterized by a high level of commitment, reliability, and flexibility
A lot of motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm
Fluent German skills, other languages (French/Italian) are an advantage
