What awaits you

• You are the first point of contact for insured persons, service providers, and other stakeholders - by telephone, in writing, and via digital channels such as the customer portal and myAXA App
• You ensure competent, solution-oriented support and a first-class Customer Experience
• You use modern, AI-supported tools for the efficient processing of customer inquiries and actively contribute to the further development of our digital services
• You coordinate inquiries independently and forward them in a targeted manner to the responsible specialist departments
• You work closely with the Back Office and other interfaces and promote smooth, cross-departmental cooperation
• Where appropriate, you contribute to cross-departmental projects

What you bring with you

• Commercial training with experience in the health insurance environment and/or basic medical training (e.g., pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FaGe, nursing specialist)
• Enjoyment of using digital tools and openness to new, AI-supported ways of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of sophisticated customer conversations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; a second national language (French or Italian) is mandatory, English skills are an advantage
