Alnovis AG, based in Rothenburg bei Luzern, is one of the leading fundraising agencies in Switzerland and exclusively supports non-profit organizations. For over 25 years, we have been supporting our clients throughout the entire fundraising process: from strategy & conception to implementation and controlling, to data management and analysis.

With our integrated mix of instruments, we accompany NPOs in sustainably developing their fundraising activities and thus securing their project work as well as the growth of the organization. Around half of our 100 employees work in the in-house Dialog-Center.

Your main area of responsibility:

• You inform donors from various non-profits and customers of profit-oriented organizations about current projects via telephone
• Donor / customer care and acquisition
• Customer surveys and needs assessments
• Data entry directly on the PC

Our requirements:

• Pleasant telephone voice and positive attitude towards life
• Good manners and negotiation skills
• Enjoyment of talking on the phone (experience in telephone marketing desirable)
• You speak Swiss German (mandatory)
• Flexibility, reliability, quick comprehension, and result-oriented way of working
• PC user skills
