What awaits you:

• Management and control of several parallel CSV and qualification projects
• Coordination and management of several CSV Engineers as well as coordination of tasks, priorities, and resources
• Planning and monitoring of project progress, deadlines, resources, and quality requirements
• Planning and execution of qualification activities for plants, equipment, technical facilities, and computer-aided systems
• Responsibility for the planning and implementation of Computer System Validation (CSV) according to applicable regulatory requirements
• Creation, review, and coordination of qualification and validation documentation
• Technical consulting of customers on qualification and CSV issues, building and maintaining long-term partnerships, as well as targeted development of new customer relationships.
• Coordination of cooperation with Engineering, IT, Quality Assurance (QA), and other specialist departments
• Processing and evaluation of deviations, changes, and CAPAs in the qualification and validation environment
• Optimization of processes, methods, and standards for the efficient implementation of CSV and qualification projects
• Creation of offers and cost responsibility for projects
• Technical further development of the team

What you bring with you:

• Technical or scientific degree (or with a focus on Computer System Validation (CSV), qualification, pharmaceutical technology, or comparable.
• Experience in the Life Science sector, especially process and plant know-how in the pharmaceutical industry and Medical Devices, GxP, GAMP5 > 5 years
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
• Independence, commitment, teamwork, and an engaged, proactive personality with a systematic and methodical way of working
• Solid PC & MS-Office skills or a high willingness to learn
• Willingness for a variable place of work at the customer or RETEL in Neuhausen
